Most Dangerous Cities in The World

There are some cities that are tourist havens and on the must-visit list of everyone, but some places must be avoided at all costs, featuring regularly in the list of most dangerous cities in the world. A lot of factors contribute towards making a city dangerous – law and order failure in most cases.
Most dangerous cities in the world – put them on your must avoid list. Economic and political conditions, efficiency of law and order and the level of crime all contribute towards making a city dangerous. Given below is a list of the top ten most dangerous cities on Earth from both developed and undeveloped countries.
We begin with the city of Detroit. Those who have seen the 2008 Clint Eastwood movie “Gran Torino” have an idea of what happens in the city. Large sections of this once very prosperous city are being abandoned by residents and this has led to a drastic drop in real estate prices. Hence a lot of poor immigrants from poor countries have started inhabiting these houses that are available for dead cheap, leading to a lot of gang wars.

No doubt that Baghdad is one of the most dangerous cities in the world. U.S. troops may have pulled out but the war is far from over. There is total anarchy and sporadic incidents of violence cause a lot of collateral damage and loss of life.

The Top Leaks of WikiLeaks

Cablegate
It’s been quite a year for whistleblowing website Wikileaks. Its latest info dump, a treasure trove of diplomatic cables spanning the world, has caused an international uproar. U.S. politicians like Hillary Clinton and New York Congressman Peter King (pictured) called the leak a threat to global security, with King going so far as calling for Wikileaks founder Julian Assange to be prosecuted under the Espionage Act and for his site to be deemed a foreign terrorist organization.

 Lil Wayne’s The Leak
Most musicians get upset when their albums leak to the Internet, but not Lil Wayne. When several tracks off his then upcoming album Tha Carter III surfaced on the Internet in 2007, the rapper responded by pushing back Carter’s release date and issuing the leaked tracks as their own separate album, appropriately titled The Leak. The album’s cover art even incorporated the phrase “Lil Wayne Approved.” At least someone in the music industry still has a sense of humor.
